Strengthening Organizational Readiness to Improve Funding Outcomes and Reduce Risk.

Funding Without Readiness Creates Risk.

Nonprofit Readiness Intelligence helps nonprofit organizations strengthen operational readiness while helping funders reduce risk, improve accountability, and support stronger funding outcomes.

The NRI Mission

Strong missions deserve strong systems.

Many organizations receive funding before fully understanding the operational, reporting, documentation, accountability, and compliance responsibilities associated with managing an award.

NRI was created to help organizations strengthen readiness before problems occur and to give funders a practical readiness tool that supports stronger performance and better stewardship.

Why Readiness Matters

Funders may believe in a nonprofit's mission, services, and pitch, but still need confidence that the organization can manage funding responsibly.

NRI helps bridge the gap between funding interest and funding readiness.

Maya's role is to bring attention to the risks that occur when organizations receive funding before they are fully prepared to manage it.

The NRI Program

Introducing the NRI Readiness Certification Program.

The NRI Readiness Certification Program is a structured training and assessment program designed to help nonprofit organizations strengthen their ability to manage grants, contracts, and other funding awards responsibly.

The program prepares participants for what happens after funding is received. Through practical instruction, guided learning, a participant workbook, and assessments, participants strengthen their understanding of governance, financial management, compliance, internal controls, documentation, reporting, and organizational accountability.
